I have been wondering, how does everyone’s body react to stress?

For me, it’s either poo poo or feel like want to vomit…

But never really manage to vomit.

Only poo poo lo. Especially with the sudden increase of nescafe consumptions. Makes my stomach behaves very very weird. But I need the caffeine, so what to do.

Then, can’t sleep or have nightmares lo.
